I believe every relationship has the potential to grow and transform when partners feel truly seen, valued, and connected. As a couples and sex therapist, I support individuals and partners in navigating patterns of disconnection, rebuilding trust, and rediscovering intimacy—both emotional and physical. My work focuses on helping couples improve communication, deepen emotional closeness, and create a more fulfilling sexual relationship. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where partners can explore challenges with vulnerability and honesty, while developing the tools needed to strengthen their bond and move forward together.

Approach

My approach is compassionate, relational, and solution-focused. I integrate the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Relational Life Therapy to help clients strengthen communication, break free from unhealthy cycles, and build secure, lasting bonds.
