  • Therapy & Counseling: Individual therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and more, with evidence-based approaches like CBT, EMDR, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Psychiatry & Medication Management: Evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing medication support from psychiatric nurse practitioners, coordinated with your therapist.
  • Couples & Family Therapy: Work through conflict, communication, intimacy, and life transitions together, guided by licensed counselors and clinical social workers.
  • Testing & Evaluations: Psychological and neuropsychological testing, ADHD and autism evaluations, and pre-surgical assessments from a doctoral-level psychologist.
  • Nutrition & Dietetics: Contact intake to discuss nutrition support and current provider availability.
