About

Sarah is a licensed therapist with six years of experience. She was inspired to become a therapist by her passion for helping others navigate difficult experiences and discover their own inner strengths. Growing up with a father who served in the military and later in law enforcement, she witnessed the impact those careers had on him. This experience sparked her interest in better understanding and supporting individuals living with PTSD. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is witnessing clients make meaningful progress and regain hope. Sarah feels honored to walk alongside people on their healing journey and to be part of their growth.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build trust and rapport with clients, creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you feel genuinely heard and respected.
