Agreeing to these terms
In plain words: Using the site means you accept these terms.
These terms apply to the website of Global Dynamic Group Inc. ("GDG", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be 18 or older to send a form.
Who we are and where we serve
GDG is a private, veteran-built medical equipment company serving TRICARE families in the western United States. Our sister company, Global Outreach, serves the East Coast. Our intake team confirms availability in your state before anything is ordered. GDG is not part of the Department of Defense, TRICARE, the Defense Health Agency or the VA. TRICARE is a registered trademark of the Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency.
Information, not medical advice
In plain words: The site explains equipment. Your doctor decides what you need. In an emergency, call 911.
Everything on this site, including the Caregiver's Field Manual, is general information. It is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor or therapist. Your prescribing provider decides what equipment you need. In an emergency, call 911. Veterans in crisis can call 988 and press 1, or text 838255.
The AI equipment guide
In plain words: The guide is a computer program. It can make mistakes, so check anything important with a person.
The equipment guide is an automated AI assistant. Its answers are general information, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not medical, legal or coverage advice. Don't share health conditions, member numbers or other sensitive details with it. For anything important, call our intake team. We may limit or pause the guide at any time.
Coverage checks and plans aren't guarantees
In plain words: TRICARE decides what it covers, not us.
The coverage check, Mission Planner and coverage guides explain how TRICARE usually works. They are not a promise of benefits, approval or cost. TRICARE and its regional contractor decide coverage, prior authorization, and whether an item is rented or bought. What you pay depends on your TRICARE plan. We don't list prices online.
Pictures and 3D models
Photos, 3D models and descriptions show the kind of equipment we supply. They are illustrations. The equipment you receive may differ in brand, model, color, size or features.
Requests are not orders
In plain words: Sending a request starts a conversation. Nothing is ordered until intake confirms it with you.
A request sent through the site asks our intake team to contact you. It is not an order and does not guarantee that we can supply an item. Most equipment needs a doctor's order and must be medically necessary, and many items need prior authorization from TriWest. We may decline a request, for example if an item isn't covered or available in your area. Our Returns, Warranty & Rentals page explains what happens after delivery.
Texting and email reminders
In plain words: Optional reminders when supplies are due. Reply STOP to end them. Message and data rates may apply.
GDG Resupply Reminders is an optional program for families who ask, on the request form, to be reminded when supplies are usually due for reorder.
- Message frequency varies: usually one message each time a supply is due, often months apart.
- Messages say only that it's time to reorder. They never name the supplies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to end text reminders, or use the link in any reminder. You can also tell us any other way. We will confirm and send no more reminders.
- Reply HELP for help, or call 910-527-7081.
- Agreeing to reminders is not a condition of getting equipment.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We don't share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Family stories
If you share a story, you confirm it is true, it is yours to share, and it doesn't include anyone else's private health details without their permission. You give GDG permission to show it on this website with your first name or initials, relationship, branch and state, as you agreed on the form. Our team may make small edits for privacy, and may choose not to publish it. To take a story down, call us and we will remove it.
Using the site fairly
Please don't send false requests or anyone else's information without permission, try to break into or overload the site, copy it with automated tools, or use the site or the guide for anything unlawful or unrelated to getting care. We may block access to protect the site and the families who use it.
Our content
The site's words, pictures, 3D models, design, and the Global Dynamic Group name and marks belong to GDG or the people who licensed them to us. You may print or share pages, such as Field Manual guides, for personal and caregiving use. Please don't reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Other websites
We link to other sites, such as tricare.mil, TriWest, Global Outreach and partner organizations. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties about the website itself, including that it will be error-free or always available. Nothing in these terms limits warranties on equipment we supply, or any rights you have under law. See Returns, Warranty & Rentals.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, GDG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or relying on its general information, including the equipment guide. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and state law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
