About

As a military veteran and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I understand how life circumstances can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed or defeated. I believe these challenges do not have to be permanent. With compassion, encouragement, and a willingness to be vulnerable, individuals can overcome life’s hurdles and reach their fullest potential. I work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals that help restore confidence and trust—not only in themselves but in others as well. My approach focuses on providing practical, effective techniques that support a balanced and self-empowered life. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, I am committed to walking alongside you with respect and genuine care.

Approach

I have several years of clinical experience working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, as well as supporting their families. I also provide treatment to at-risk youth and clients experiencing mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. As a trained EMDR therapist, I offer specialized care for those processing traumatic experiences.
